HISENSE SHOWCASES INNOVATION AND STYLE AT 2018/2019 PRODUCT LINEUP IN CANADA
– Product preview: Hisense brings affordable luxury to consumers –
TORONTO, (July 11, 2018) – Hisense, a global technology leader, showcased their 2018/2019 product lineup in Canada today. Displaying everything from a 4K Smart Laser TV to sleek fridges and ranges to voice-activated Alexa-enabled home appliances such as dehumidifiers and portable air conditions, the Canadian consumer is going to #SeeTheIncredible with Hisense this year.
Hosted at Thompson Toronto, Hisense’s products were seamlessly incorporated into a condo-inspired suite to showcase both fashion and function. To underscore Hisense’s official sponsorship of 2018 FIFA World Cup, the semi-finals match between Croatia and England provided the perfect content to showcase the brand’s television capabilities.
“We are thrilled to introduce our 2018/2019 product lineup to the Canadian marketplace,” said Meaghan Wilkinson, Director of Marketing, Hisense Canada. “Hisense products are recognized around the world for their exceptional technological innovation and are exemplary of our brand’s ongoing commitment to provide affordable luxury all consumers.”
Among the products on display, the Hisense 100” Dual Colour 4K Ultra HD Smart Laser TV was a central focal point. Combining movie theatre technology, elegant aesthetics and seamless set-up, the Hisense Laser TV is designed to create a stunning, sophisticated 100” television and entertainment experience in any home. Its thin, lightweight 100” screen hangs wirelessly – and is simple enough for any homeowner to mount.
Hisense’s proprietary light source technology delivers incredibly crisp images to the Laser TV, showcasing natural colours and phenomenal brightness in any room, not just light-controlled home theatre rooms. With its Harman/Kardon® audio system, the sound is just as good as the picture. A 100” 4K Ultra HD Smart Laser TV is currently available in Canada at various retailers across the country, including The Brick, and Brault and Martineau in Quebec, and retails for $10,999.99.
Other TV models showcased at the preview include the Hisense ULED TV and Hisense 4K Roku TV. Perfect for this Canadian heatwave, the Hisense High Flow Portable Air Conditioner and Hisense 70-pint Dehumidifier kept guests cool. Rounding out the lineup was the Hisense French Door Refrigerator, as well as gas and electric kitchen ranges.
While these products are new to Canada, they were showcased earlier this year at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, and took home various industry awards, including everything from Best of CES, CES Top Picks and the IMPACT Awards.
The Hisense 4K Smart Laser TV was a strong performer at CES; the Laser TV was recognized with Dealerscope’s IMPACT Award, HD Guru’s Top Pick Award and shortlisted for Engadget’s Best Home Theater Product for its industry-leading laser technology and integration with Harman/Kardon® audio system.
